Food Activism

Some people pay close attention to what they eat, while others pay no attention to the ingredients. This has got to change. Most people can’t even tell you what a lot of the ingredients in their food is. Food is meant to be eaten for nutrition, yet most food is pumped full of sugar and sodium. People get so used to the taste of added sugar that they think foods such as fruits and vegetables are flavorless. This is causing obesity to skyrocket in America. People eat “diet” foods thinking they are healthy, when in reality, if you look on the label you’d notice how much sugar has been added in to make it flavorful. Maybe if they started caring they could learn to truly enjoy food, and be grateful for where it comes from.
